Training Rates & Cancellation Policy

No Cost Training:

  • TV Production & Editing Workshops and equipment use is subsidized by local cable subscribers (of Comcast and Burlington Telecom) and is offered at no charge to people and organizations that make programs for Channel 17. These are schedule by appointment.
  • Media Maven Lunches and Movie Nights are open to the public for no charge but registration is necessary. Please contact smayfield [at] cctv [dot] org or call us at

Affordable Training Fees:

  • Specialized Office Computer Skills, Database and Web Development, New Media and Strategic Communications training and consultations are offered by appointment for a two hour minimum at rates that range from $100/ hour (for non-members) to $85/ hour (for members). These rates cover 1-6 participants. Depending on what you need to learn, our training workshops run between 2-8 hours (including assessment).   • One week registration for TV Summer Camp is $75. A limited number of scholarships are available for $25, upon request.

Cancellation Policy: Fees are fully refunded up to five (5) business days prior to the class. Cancellations / Rescheduling / No-Shows received within five (5) days before the workshops begin, will no be refunded. Rescheduling is based on the availability of the workshop instructor.
