You
can change the world in 30 seconds once again. This is the 4th annual
PSA and political short contest sponsored by CCTV, VCAM and RETN, your
local access community. Don't just Watch TV, watch LOCAL TV and MAKE
LOCAL MEDIA.
Enter your short video, under 1 minute, about a political action,
candidate, or public service into this contest to win prizes and have
your video aired on statewide access television stations and the web.
Workshops, training, equipment are available to help you make your
message into a video you can share with your neighbors.
