Description

Burlington Livable Community Project is engaging residents, community organizations and the City to make changes so people of all ages can live in the setting of their choice, get around the city in a variety of ways, and engage fully in the life of our community.  For more information visit the AARP Site. This month's show features a conversation with Naomi Galimidi of PACE, Vermont, a nonprofit healthcare provider for seniors that offers Vermont’s only PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. PACE provides person-centered care to frail older adults living in the community, providing direct medical services as well as home care, medications, transportation, social support, and more.
