This month's show features a conversation with Naomi Galimidi of PACE, Vermont, a nonprofit healthcare provider for seniors that offers Vermont’s only PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. PACE provides person-centered care to frail older adults living in the community, providing direct medical services as well as home care, medications, transportation, social support, and more.

Fletcher Allen Health Care has located several medical offices off of Hinesburg Road in South Burlington. People who cannot drive are having trouble getting to appointments.
