This Addison County forum discussed the potential for universal publicly financed primary care to become a reality, and whether it could be a start to addressing lack of access due to high out of pocket costs for almost 1/2 of all Vermonters. Guests included Dr. Deb Richter, state health advocate Michael Fisher, and State Senator Chris Bray.
