A lot is being done statewide to make walking and biking in Vermont safer, more visible, respected and fun. MC Chapin Spencer, Director of Burlington Department of Public Works introduces Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger and Alan Cote of Sparta Synergy for opening remarks, then presents a panel ( Sue Minter from VTrans, Rep.
