The Committee is made-up of 3 Council members (Shannon, Paul, Davis) and 4 citizen members (David Provost, David Parker, Patrick Robins, Bill Shuttleworth). The committee is charged with: Assessing the viability of BT and assessing all available options for the financial structure of BT. The committee is expected to make recommendations to the Council at the 1/25/10 meeting. This first part of a three part meeting is the discussion between Dept. of Public Service Commissioner David O'Brien and the Blue Ribbon Committee.
