Burlington Neighborhood Planning Assemblies sponsor the Burlington Budget Summit, a public meeting with City Department heads and Burlington Mayor, explaining the impacts of the potential $750,000 cut from the 2011-2012 City Budget.  Public comment and questions taken from the floor.  Moderated by Kevin Scully, former Burlington Police Chief.   Neighborhood Planning Assemblies (NPAs) are grassroots, neighborhood organizations that were established in each of Burlington's seven Wards to encourage citizen participation in City government.
