Description
Local transportation partners talk about several programs and events. Go! Chittenden County is a one-stop resource to get information about all travel modes that makes it easy for people to find new ways of getting around. Way to Go! Week (May 13-17, 2013) encourages people to commit to trying new modes. Individuals and organizations can go toe-to-toe against carbon pollution and win. Bike, walk, carpool or ride the bus to victory! Win prizes, have fun-and help reach a goal of reducing 500,000 lbs or carbon pollution in Vermont. Host Diane Meyerhoff is joined by Deb Sachs, Way to Go! Business Outreach Consultant, Michele Boomhower, Assistant Director of Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission, and Alicia Taylor, Program Manager, CarShare Vermont to share information on the value of the program and how to get involved.
