Vermont is rapidly moving toward implementation of the health insurance exchange, which is called Vermont Health Connect. A number of organizations (called Navigator organizations) have received state grants to help do outreach and education about the Exchange, and help individuals and small businesses when enrollment starts October 1.  Nick Carter from Planned Parenthood of Northern New England,  Jon Bourgo of Community Health Centers of Burlington and Donna Sutton Fay of the Vermont Campaign for Health Care Security Education Fund share with Vermonters information on Vermont Health Connect.  more information at: http//:healthconnect.vermont.gov
