Dan Higgin video on Rock Lotto. First annual event presented by Girls Rock Vermont and the Monkey House. Rock Lotto is a unique; collaborative; improvisational; band-in-a-day music extravaganza. 25 musicians will get together at 10 a.m. Five bands will be randomly formed; and the musicians have that day to put together a four song; 20 minute set. The bands gather back at the Monkey House 9 p.m. for the live performance. Girls Rock Vermont will also be running an instrument drive the same day of the event. They will take instruments and gear in any shape or condition. Instruments may be brought during the morning meeting of the musicians or to the show in the evening.
