4th Annual PSA Contest

“Change the World in 30 Seconds”
One of the best ways to understand the impact of media is to use it and make it. Short form video is both challenging and endearing because of its size. It is challenging to get big and meaningful ideas into a short time span, but easy to watch. This year is the 4th Annual PSA and Political Short Contest. For the 2008 year we are also encouraging Homemade Political and Campaign ads to coincide with the presidential election. All videos are to be 1 minute or less. All Videos will be shared on blip tv page, Channel 17 web site, partner web sites and cable access TV around the state via VMX. Classes and workshops will be held at Channel 17 and possibly other Access Centers to assist folks in making material for the contest.
