Host Nick Carter speaks with Iraqi delegates visiting the the country and Vermont as part of the U.S. State Department's INTERNATIONAL VISITOR LEADERSHIP PROGRAM.  Mr. Saad Sallouom Abbas Al-Rikaby, Assistant Professor of Democracy at Mustansariya University and Mr. Bashar Abdul Jaleal Easah, Program Manager, Journalistic Freedoms Observatory, are joined by Eli Harrington with the Vermont Council on World Affairs.  The role of media and benefits of cultural exchanges are explored.
