The Vermont Housing and Conservation Board was established in 1987 and celebrated their 25th anniversary in 2012. The video, 'A Conspiracy of Good Will' kicks off the panel discussion on the breadth of this organization. Serving land conservation and agriculture, preservation of, and creation of affordable housing, VHCB has had a tremendous impact on the Vermont we know. Panelists Brenda Torpy, Gil Livingston, Jeanne Morrissey and Minner Hobbs share the remarkable work VHCB has accomplished, and how they continue to do so. Hosted by Nick Carter.
