VT Volunteer Services for Animals Humane Society (VVSA) presents Dr. Chris Mangini, Woodstock Animal Care, and discusses the mass collection of animals known as “hoarding.” Dr. Mangini discusses cases with VVSA Board Members Pamela Dein and Sue Skaskiw with whom he has investigated cases of hoarding in the past. Also discussed is the importance of spay & neuter of companion animals and the history of financial assistance in VT for this important procedure through VVSA.
