Description

The Inclusionary Zoning Working Group (IZWG) was formed in 2017 by a City Council resolution to thoroughly evaluate the Inclusionary Zoning Evaluation report, its findings, and suggestions in order to make recommendations to the Administration and City Council. The evaluation report is part of the City’s Housing Action Plan (HAP) and was undertaken in 2016 by an urban policy consulting firm, czb, LLC, to provide the first detailed review of the City’s 26-year-old Inclusionary Zoning policy.
