6:00pm Doors open, food ready, places everyone!
6:00 – 6:45pm Members eat and mingle, play games and use the photo booth
6:45 - 6:50pm Welcome and Board Introductions John Tashiro & Faye Conte & Board
John will introduce himself and Faye and welcome Members. Please remember to:
· Thank Members for attending
· Have Faye introduce Board Members and have everyone stand up together up front (and pause for a photo)

6:50 - 7:05pm Meet the Board Candidates Ali Kenney
· We’re offering 1.5 minutes per candidate. Either Allison or Liz will time and make a signal when time is up. An email will be sent to the candidates with this information.

7:05 - 7:15pm Don Schramm Award Julia Curry
· Some speaking points about the award and the recipient, along with a plaque, flowers and a $100 City Market gift card

7:15 – 7:30pm General Manager's Presentation John Tashiro
· Short PowerPoint slideshow that highlights a few items from the Global A report

7:30 - 7:45pm Member Q & A John Tashiro & Board
7:45 - 8:00pm Additional time for dessert, photo booth, other questions…doors close at 8
