Margaret Harrington records parts of the presentation of Dan Higgins' photos taken of and in Winooski at the O'Brien Community Center. Special appearances by Sister Pat McKittrick, Anne Linton, Mayor Kristine Lott, and Said Bulle of A2VT, among others.
