 Host Lori Fisher of the Lake Champlain Committee is joined by Department of Environmental Conservation Commissioner David Mears to discuss the  the new phosphorus plan that is under development by the EPA for the Lake Champlain Basin, referred to as a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL).  Comments on the Draft Plan can be submitted by 4:30pm on Friday, January 17, 2014 to:
