Governor Shumlin announces the adoption of the domestic and sexual violence policy for state of Vermont agencies and employees.  Also speaking at the announcement: Autumn Barnett, Program Manager, Domestic Violence Solutions, Spectrum Youth & Family Servies; Heather Holter, Council Coordinator, Vermont Council on Domestic Violence; Vermnont Attorney General William Sorrell. The effort is the culmination of a variety of organizations and agencies and was held at Women Helping Battered Women.
