Nick Artim of Heritage Protection Inc. and Jack Watts of the Fire Safety Institute, present a day long program aimed at owners and operators of historic properties,
code officials, preservation architects, first responders and firefighters, contractors, property managers and caretakers, planners, and anyone interested in fire safety, safe
practices, and effective strategies to mitigate fire risk.

This program is sponsored by a grant from the US National Park Service Certified Local Government Program and administered by the Vermont Division for Historic Preservation. The development of the course content has been funded by a grant the National Center for Preservation Technology and Training, Natchitoches, LA. The project is co-sponsored by the Fire Safety Institute, Middlebury VT, Historic Windsor’s Preservation Education Institute, Windsor VT, and Northern New England Chapter of the American Planning Association (NNECAPA.)
