Description

In 2012, New York’s 92nd Street Y launched #GivingTuesday as a way for nonprofit organizations and social causes to harness the power of the holiday spirit. The event, which takes place on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, now helps more than 10,000 organizations spread brand awareness, increase fundraising, and bolster volunteerism. Is your nonprofit one of them?

Panelists include Kim Jackson, Director of Communications for Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports, Lori Goldman, Community Outreach and Volunteer Specialist for the Committee on Temporary Shelter, Jessie Angus, Director of Planning & Strategy at HMC Advertising, and Barrie Silver. Produced with Burlington NetSquared, CCTV Center for Media & Democracy and South End Kitchen.
