Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.), announces a grant he secured to expand treatment for opioid addiction in Vermont. He will be joined by Kathryn Power, Regional Administrator of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Vermont Health Commissioner Dr. Harry Chen, and Vermont Agency of Human Services Secretary Hal Cohen.
