Common Good Vermont's Lauren-Glenn Davitian speaks with Bill Schubart of Worth Mountain Consulting on the challenges facing Vermont's nonprofit leaders and describes the ways that he works with forward thinking nonprofits to position them for success. Bill discusses his work on the Blue Ribbon Tax Commission, the need for business, government and the independent sectors to collaborate and the challenges facing nonprofit organizations, namely leadership and government. In the end, he urges Vermont nonprofits to remain relevant by paying attention to trends and listening to their customers.
