Description

As part of the ongoing efforts to examine the City's Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance as part of the Housing Action Plan, a Joint Committee was formed, of the City Council Ordinance Committee and the City Council Community Development & Neighborhood Revitalization Committee (CDNR), to make further recommendations based on the work of the Inclusionary Zoning Working Group. After several meetings, the Joint Committee is holding a public hearing to discuss their recommendations.
