Attorney General TJ Donovan announces a $1.8 million settlement resulting from a data breach in which a substantial number of Vermonters were affected. The announcement includes information about Vermont’s response to the breach and Vermonters' access to consumer relief.

The Attorney General and his staff are joined by the Consumer Assistance Program, a partnership between the Vermont Attorney General’s Office and the University of Vermont.
