Common Good Vermont's Lauren-Glenn Davitian speaks with Ken Merritt of Merritt & Merritt & Moulton on public benefit corporations which can now be formed in Vermont (as of July 1 2011). Vermont is the fourth state to allow the establishment of these corporations which can concern themselves with general public benefit as well as the financial "bottom line".
