Each year, Sally Tipson of Sally’s Flower Shop leads the effort to turn Smith Park (next to the Key Bank) into a giant lighted pumpkin patch. Sally and her team of volunteers will be carving (many) truck loads of pumpkins for this beloved Winooski tradition.
