Description
Calls for a stopping use of F-16 afterburners, putting families back into vacant homes surrounding the airport, and no more home demolitions in the neighborhoods surrounding the airport, are made by Community Activist James Lease and Airport Neighborhood resident, Ray Gonda, prior to a press conference announcing a collaborative planning process by the Cities of Burlington, South Burlington, aimed at addressing issues related to noise abatement and the future use of purchased properties in the greater BTV/Chamberlin School neighborhood.
