Description

The Vermont Local Roads Program is partnership with AARP Vermont is sponsoring workshops statewide to provide education regarding Vermont’s Complete Streets Law and how to implement the concept in the transportation system. This training session took place at the AARP Office in Burlington on February 5, 2014 and was instructed by Gil Newbury of Kingsland Bay Technical Training. Topics covered are: Making the most of the law and its effect on towns, 7 steps to building complete streets, and a case study exercise.
