Mayor Emma Mulvaney-Stanak is joined by leaders of three of the City unions to make statements related to the bonds on the Town Meeting Day Ballot. She is joined by Scott Phillips, Chapter Chair, AFSCME Local 1343; Collin Fiske, Vice President, Burlington Fire Fighters Association; and, Joe Corrow, President, Burlington Police Officers Association.
