Governor Phil Scott and his Cabinet will hold a media availability on Tuesday. Reporters can access by attending in person or remotely through Microsoft Teams. Following brief remarks, the Governor and Cabinet officials will be available for questions from members of the media.

Secretary Jim Condos presents Governor Scott with the official results of the 2022 Constitutional Amendment ballot questions, Proposition 2 and Proposition 5, for certification and enrollment onto the parchment as official.

Prior to the presentation and enrollment, Governor Scott, Secretary Condos, Speaker of the House Jill Krowinski and Senate President Pro Tempore Becca Balint deliver remarks.

From BPD:

Following inquiries from several media partners, the BPD holds a press conference about the arrest of Von Simmonds for the murder of Abubakar Sharrif. Mr. Simmonds was arraigned this morning and will continue to be held without bail pending further hearings.
