Burlington Ward 6 NPA Meeting 12/02/2010

Neighborhood Planning Assemblies (NPAs) are grassroots, neighborhood organizations that were established in each of Burlington's seven Wards to encourage citizen participation in City government. Working as neighborhood advocacy groups, Neighborhood Planning Assemblies help improve communication between the citizens of Burlington and City government through regular meetings scheduled in each Ward. Ward 6 meets the first Thursday of the month. Meeting place: Greek Orthodox Church 600 South Willard Street.

Who: Joint meeting of the City Council and Planning Commission
Where: South Burlington Municipal Offices

Exit 12B is a potential new interchange serving the South Burlingtonarea from Interstate 89. The potential for this interchange, to complement exit 14 at Williston Road/Main Street, has been discussed for several years.

The potential interchange would likely be located in the general area of where Hinesburg Road crosses the Interstate, though a full Environmental Impact Analysis exploring all options would need to be completed before any decisions were made.

Essex Planning Commission 11/18/2010

The Planning Commission meetings are all held at the Town Offices at 81 Main Street in Essex Junction, in the downstairs conference room on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month.
