Mayor Miro Weinberger and CityPlace Partners provide an update on the start of construction at the site of the former mall. On November 2, Mayor Weinberger and CityPlace Partners signed the Second Amended and Restated Development Agreement (ARDA 2.0) as approved by the Burlington City Council, and on November 9 the Department of Public Works approved the Building Permit, allowing construction to commence.

In the years ahead of our Republic, these results must be analyzed, criticized and hopefully understood by citizens who will better build our society.
