The Arbaeen Event is a rememberance of the 40th day after the tragity that happend in Karbala, Iraq 1344 years ago to the grandson of Prophet Muhammad, Imam Hussein. Imam Hussein stood for justice, human rights, and against tyranny. One the other hand, we also talk about the sister of Imam Hussein, Lady Zainab. We get empowered and inspired by her becuase she took the leadership, guided, and protected the rest of the women and children. She also acted in defiance against injustice and tyranny in front of Ibn Ziyad (the governer) of Kufa, Iraq and the illegitimate Khalifa Yazid (the president) of Muslims. 

Arbaeen: Death of Imam Hussain - 2023 09/02/2023

The Arabic word "Arbaeen" translates to forty. The traditional period of mourning in Islamic culture is forty days. As such, millions of people around the world mark the Day of Arbaeen by commemorating the story of Imam Hussain, his family, and his companions.
