The City of Burlington and Friends of the Frame will host a ribbon cutting event at the new Moran FRAME on the Burlington waterfront, and unveil the new lighting, swings, and paths ready for public use and enjoyment around the reimagined steel superstructure of the former J. Edward Moran Municipal Generating Station.
