Plex Arts Festival is a grassroots, immersive arts event in Burlington's Old North End. The festival focuses on experimental and contemporary work. All art forms included - dance, music, sculpture, tattoo art, food, comedy, pottery, theater, poetry, painting, crafts, video art, and other cross-disciplinary creative projects.

Positively Vermont: steAmfest 09/18/2017

Host Dennis McMahon previews Essex Junction's "steAmfest" with guests Kristin Humbargar, founder and owner of the Essex Hub for Women & Business, and Julie Miller-Johnson, managing director of "steAmfest."

Friday, September 29th in Essex Junction is billed for a celebration of the arts through an art-hop style show with sculptures, multi-dimensional art, performance, projection, live music, food trucks, and restaurant specials. The next day brings a maker-faire, a maker-space lab, an artists’ market, and a women speaker series addressing how art can be applied to the STEM fields.
