That’s why Efficiency Vermont is partnering with Vermont Law and Graduate School to offer a free public webinar explaining what homeowners need to know about these tax breaks while they are available.

The webinar will also provide information on rebates from Efficiency Vermont - which are not expiring - that can be stacked with the tax credits for even more savings.

Home energy tax credits for home improvement projects expire on December 31, 2025. There's still time to use them before they're gone. In this webinar recording, Jenny L. Carter, a professor and senior attorney with the Vermont Law & Graduate School's Institute for Energy & the Environment, covers everything you need to know about the tax credits, how to know if you’re eligible, and how to get the tax credits before they expire.
