Burlington Partnership for a Healthy Community recognizes local professionals working to make the Queen City a safer, healthier place.

The Burlington Partnership for a Healthy Community invites you to attend our annual Roots of Prevention Award Celebration to honor the outstanding contributions of our awardees to support a safe and healthy place in which we all can live, work, and thrive!

Join us in Contois Auditorium in Burlington City Hall as we gather with neighbors over food, listen to our guest speakers, and celebrate our community changemakers!

Established in 2009, our Roots of Prevention Awards Celebration is an opportunity for us to recognize and thank changemakers who have had a direct, positive, or transformative impact on the health and wellness of our neighborhoods and community.

Often this work is difficult, may lack recognition, and goes above and beyond expectations. During this event, we gather to recognize the people, programs, and organizations doing this important work.
