From the organizers:

Protestors gather at the corner of College & Lake St. to protest Burlington Bay Market & Cafe’s decision to fire a Black worker without reason after this worker reported a racist white co-worker. Protestors call for the boycott of Burlington Bay until the racist employee is fired and monetary compensation is provided to the former employee. The former employee who was fired and a current employee are available for comment at the protest.
