Gillian Franks (Business Development Specialist) of CVOEO's Financial Futures Program, provides an overview of business, credit and savings programs that benefit low income Vermonter's and build financial sustainability for people in Chittenden, Franklin, Grand Isle and Addison County. Financial Futures includes Micro Business Development Program, Women's Business Center, Growing Money, Secured Credit Card and Individual Savings Accounts.
