Jeff Chester is the Executive Director of the Center for Digital Democracy based in Washington D.C. He spoke on September 22 2011 at CCTV's 6th Annual Nonprofit Luncheon about how tracking works and how to protect yourself.  The event was co-hosted with Common Good Vermont and the United Way of Chittenden County.
