Description
The Council on the Future of Vermont and St. Michael’s College just published Vermont in Transition: Social, Economic and Environmental Trends, a comprehensive study tracking the key changes that have occurred in Vermont in areas as diverse as education, the economy, agriculture, demography, crime, energy, climate and civic engagement. This press conference was held February 3 to highlight some of the 160 trends identified in the book. It includes Sarah Waring and Paul Costello from the non profit and nonpartisan Vermont Council on Rural Development and Drs. Herb Kessel and Vince Bolduc--the lead authors who led the research team.
