Representative Peter Welch visits Burlington's New North End Community Center for a guided tour of it's facilities geared toward Burlington youth. Welch is accompanied by City Council President Kurt Wright, and Burlington Mayor Bob Kiss. Rep. Welch investigates ways to further fund this project and talks with program developers on-site about funding and their future plans for the Gosse Ct. Facility.
