Gov. Shumlin holds a press conference in Rutland City at the Chamber of Commerce and is joined by Rutland City Mayor Chris Louras and other local leaders of the area for a discussion of the storm damage and what is being done to repair roads and get the water supply reconnected with it's main source, as the city is running on reserve water.
