    Local Access Organizations Sign Forward Thinking Agreement with Burlington Telecom

    An interactive program guide, HD channels, video on demand, improving local PEG channel quality, are just a few examples of this agreement meeting community needs for the creation and distribution of locally produced media. Creatives, citizens, nonprofits, activists and local municipalities all avail themselves of community access services.
