Community Mindfulness: Lightness of Awareness 04/07/2025

This week’s practice is about the lightness of awareness. Led by Andrea Marion, volunteer mindfulness leader.

We can know what's happening without reactivity, tension, or an automatic call to action. We can give room to all things, allowing each person and event the space to be who they are/what they are.

In that way, our response to the world comes from a deeper place, where loving kindness can arise with the same lightness as the lightness of awareness.

Community Mindfulness started meeting in 2014, thanks to a grant from the Vermont Community Foundation to the City of Winooski. For information on the weekly Zoom/In Person Community Mindfulness practice and discussion, contact andreamarion193@gmail.com.
