Burlington Wards 4 & 7 NPA Meeting 03/20/2012

Neighborhood Planning Assemblies (NPAs) are grassroots, neighborhood organizations that were established in each of Burlington's seven Wards to empower citizen participation in City government. Working as neighborhood advocacy groups, Neighborhood Planning Assemblies facilitate communication between the citizens of Burlington and city government through regular meetings scheduled in each Ward. Wards 4 & 7 meet the third Tuesday of the month. Meeting place: Robert E. Miller Community Center 130 Gosse Court.

Shelburne Road Corridor Study Public Meeting 03/15/2012

The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC) in partnership with the City of South Burlington is developing a detailed multimodal transportation plan for the Shelburne Road Corridor (between IDX Drive and I-189). Burlington Bike Path Feasibility Study Public Forum 03/14/2012

Burlington's Waterfront Bike Path is a 7.5 mile recreational route that runs from the southern end of Burlington at Oakledge Park to the northern end at the Winooski River, where it connects via the bike path bridge to the Colchester Bike Path. The Bike Path follows the Lake Champlain shoreline, offering wonderful views of the lake and the Adirondack Mountains to the west. The bike path links six major waterfront parks, along with the Burlington High School and the central Waterfront district. You can find the feasibility study here.
