Host Nick Carter speaks with Iraqi delegates visiting the the country and Vermont as part of the U.S. State Department's INTERNATIONAL VISITOR LEADERSHIP PROGRAM. Themes of participatory government, local media and operations are explored. The Vermont Council on World Affairs serves as hosts to these delegates and others visiting the area.
