Description
The City Council Moran Blue Ribbon Committee's primary charge is to evaluate the proposed financial structure for the Moran project. This is the final scheduled meeting of this Committee, made-up of 3 Council members (Nancy Kaplan, Paul Decelles, Emma Mulvaney-Stanak) and 4 citizen members (Joseph Boutin (Chair), John Darcy, Dave Keelty, and Karen Marshall).
